# What runs it: launcher, delivery, DVN and gas keeper

Pangea v3: every new launch, stock pairs and questions. Every launch since 2026-11-02 is a v3 launch, made by factory v3 on all five chains. This tab is everything new in v3: the factories, the fee hook, launch buys, stock pairs, the bridge price-gap fee, Solana, the security model, and plain-language questions and answers at the end. Bridging, routes and the APIs are in the V2 tab and hold for v3 except where this tab says otherwise.

- **The launcher.** Sends each chain's launch transaction once the fee is paid and the price signed, and resends a chain that is slow. It cannot change what is launched: every chain's terms are signed.
- **Pangea's DVN.** Pangea runs its own DVN on all five chains. It verifies only transfers of Pangea's own coins, and charges nothing for it. It is one of the verifiers each route names; the routes and their DVNs are listed in [Routes →](https://www.pangea.trade/app/docs?v=2#routes)
- **Delivery.** Pangea's delivery service lands each transfer as soon as it is verified, in about one destination block. Into Ethereum, LayerZero's executor does not deliver a v3 transfer, so Pangea's delivery keys land it; into Solana, Pangea's delivery key lands a priced v3 arrival. Their cost is a line of the quote. If the service is down, delivery is slower but nothing is lost.
- **The gas keeper.** Before launch fees are used for anything else, it tops up Pangea's working wallets (the launchers, delivery, the DVN and the payer) to their targets, so the services never stall for gas. Launch fees pay for that gas. Users pay nothing extra for it.
