# Cheapest route

Pangea v3: every new launch, stock pairs and questions. Every launch since 2026-11-02 is a v3 launch, made by factory v3 on all five chains. This tab is everything new in v3: the factories, the fee hook, launch buys, stock pairs, the bridge price-gap fee, Solana, the security model, and plain-language questions and answers at the end. Bridging, routes and the APIs are in the V2 tab and hold for v3 except where this tab says otherwise.

The trade card trades on the chain your wallet is on. With Cheapest route switched on (it is off by default), it compares your chain with the others and, when another chain's pool gives a better result after every fee, fills the trade there: you still pay and receive on your own chain, and the coin or the money is bridged back for you.

- You pay every fee of the route: both pools' fees, the bridge fee and price-gap fee, the message fees and gas. The quote shows them before you sign.
- If the far leg fails, a buy is refunded on your chain, and a sale's tokens come back or wait on the far chain with a "Bring them home" button.
- A route may first need a one-time Solana route opening, which is not refunded once the route opens.
